Referrals

CP Tech is a consultancy service that works with clients, families and staff in providing advice, support, and technical expertise to assist people with CP and other disabilities to gain greater independence through the use of equipment and technology options.

Referrals must be submitted by a therapist.

Referrals can be for:

  • Postural Seating
  • Contour Technology
  • Pressure Management
  • Bambach
• Assistive Technology
  • Access
  • AAC
  • Integrated Controls
  • PWC Access and Training
• Activities of Daily Living (Modified Commodes etc)
• Home Modifications
• Sleep Solutions

All CAEP eligible clients may access a therapy service from CP Tech without charge. CP Tech also offers a Fee-For-Service option for non-CAEP eligible clients. For more information click here.

Referral Form

For a referral to CP Tech, a therapist is required to complete the CP Tech Referral Form.
